For all sets small to large

A lighting consolethat fits in
your pocket.

Patch your lights, build your looks, and run the whole setup from the phone already in your pocket. Not the iPad you set down somewhere by crafty. Or was it by camera?

What it does

The whole console. Not a remote.

Most lighting apps on a phone are a remote for something else or lack the profiles or precision control. This one is the console. Sized for the interview in a small room, the commercial day that keeps moving, and the splinter unit on the other side of the mall that needs control.

Your profiles are ready to patch

Aputure, Astera, Arri, Nanlux, Godox, LiteGear, Kino Flo and a dozen more. Every mode of every fixture, taken from the manufacturer's own chart. No need to muddle through making your own profiles.

Bring your Blackout patch

Export your patch from Blackout Lighting Console and import it into Pocket Console. Pocket Console matches each profile and patches the lights for you.

No network, no problem

Bluetooth straight to a TimoTwo chip, either a transmitter or a light with the module already inside. No router or node needed. Art-Net and sACN are there when you do have a network.

Easily A/B a single light or three

Save your B states, add a little green on the backlight, drop the key a stop and lower the CCT on the practicals 500K. Select one light or all three, hold A/B and the selected lights show what they were; let go and your change comes back. A/B states are saved per fixture, within the location.

Two ways to drive it

Sliders you already know. A command line for speed and precision.

Tap a light, drag a slider, done. Nothing to learn, and you can hand the phone to someone else. When you want quick precise changes, the command line is your friend. Both write the same values, so use whichever suits the moment.

Touch

Tap or drag to select the lights you want. Intensity, CCT, ± green, hue, saturation, and every other parameter the fixture has, on sliders you're already familiar with.

Command line

For when you know the number you want. 201 Thru 208 At 45 sets eight lights without hunting for any of them.

  • Fade a light over time. 201 AT 50 Time 5 fades fixture 201 to 50% over 5 seconds
  • Enter keeps the line. Press it again to run it again, so At /200 doubles the level each press.
  • Copy a light onto another. Select one, press Copy, tap the targets. Swap trades them instead.

A look around

Four tabs. That's the whole app.

Try it

Light the interview from the keypad.

The app's own keypad and its own parser, wired to a seven-light interview setup. Press the keys the way you would on the phone. Tapping a light on the plot works too. That's the point of having both.

Console ready. Tap the keys, or tap a light on the plot.

Play one back:

The keypad has no Group or Look key yet, so groups are on the chips under the plot. Full grammar is in the manual.
